The underarm features a gusset construction, where steel grommet holes can be found for ventilation, adding to this jacket’s comfort. The vintage style zipper has been custom made for the brand and is fully bound by 100% cotton taping, no cheap plastic alternatives to be found here. Draw string cords have been added to the waistband so that it can be comfortably cinched in for a custom fit. A traditional buttoned throat plate has been added to secure the collar and protect from the arctic winds, and as a final touch of heritage authenticity, the brand have stencilled the iconic USN initials onto the left chest of the jacket.
