At 14.5oz denim, these jeans are not as heavy as one might come to expect from the brand, but they are by no means lightweight. Boasting that classic low tension, slubby ONI look, the 552 still has the characteristics of the heavier denim the brand is known for, but they are much more breathable and easy to wear at first try. The denim is set with a green cast which makes the fades truly individual. The leg shape is on the slimmer end of the spectrum, gradually tapering to the ankle, flattering the leg as it does so. A comfortable mid rise straightens the top block to flatter the waist. Copper rivets are holding the jeans in place throughout and a beautiful leather patch adorns the back with ONI’s mysterious logo.
